It was absolute rubbish. I was given a copy by a fellow officer since it was relevant to our interests. You can't understand your opponent unless you walk a mile in their heads some times. What is amazing is that anyone smart enough to be able to read the thing would not be smart enough to realize that the world doesn't really work that way. There are people out there who have bought into that line of thinking on some level or another. Even though I have no doubt McVeigh would have killed someone without reading it there's no doubt he got his plan from it.
