THE gist seems to be that he hates guns and will use any argument no matter how tenuous to tell everyone about it and as far as I can see would ban them all... People kill people with assorted weapons not necessarily guns, they stab them, run them down with vehicles,strangle,bludgeon,drown, hang beat to death. Guns are not necessary to kill someone and guns are not always the weapon of choice.
