Be carrying around 5 knives and especially not 5 knives with 10 segments each . Immediately after Islamic Jihadists used these cheap and readily available killing machines to kill several thousands of people at a swat , I sincerely felt it would be the precipitating event , or the crises that would lead to meaningful changes to protect the rights of victims of illegal knife crime .

But they weren't added to the prohibited weapons lists with switch blades and tomahawks and saps . This has perplexed me greatly , the knife industry is quite the formidable opponent , and fighting it with hyperbole and hand wringing isnt the easiest way , but it is the only way for me .

You know , I own a few knives , and I cherish my right to own a knife . But there isnt any reason anyone would need to carry one of those around in public .
Hell ! I know a retired Volunteer Fireman ! And he carries a knife too. This one time ,while we were jacking each other's pencil necked egos off , he told me there
wasnt anything you could do with a box cutter that he couldn't do better with his finely honed Case Sod Buster . I tried to bring up the Spyderco fanboys who wear
their multi colored penile enlargers in nylon sheathes that they stuff down their trousers or wear on their hips and thrust in everyone's faces like like overstuffed feathered codpieces ....I then dutifully informed him of the possibility of a khukri rampage by some flag burning tea party thug , but he had fallen asleep in my chair .


ETA the "s" in codpieces , there are so many these days . Prancing about .
