"1) you reject the idea that limiting the capacity of civilian firearms to prevent mass killing is in someway outside of a compelling state interest"

I reject the idea that limiting it to ten rounds has been proven in any way, to be effective in any way.

"2) Explain why such a restriction (to 9 or fewer cartridges) in a magazine is either too broad or not the least restrictive means to limit the potential for mass killings."

The burden does not lie on me, it lies with those wishing to do the restricting.

What I reject, is the idea that people argue from the standpoint of "we don't have any gun control". Its intellectually dishonest to do so. Yet the usual suspects do it all the time.

And I reject the dishonesty of the argument that "we need to ban extended capacity magazines" while characterizing standard capacity magazines as "extended capacity" in order to justify an arbitrary limit of ten.
