And, as long as you don't take the test, receive a booklet, or get a certificate, you should be able to "sit in" on any number of classes free of charge. Dunno for sure, and it's probably at the discretion of the instructor.

There wasn't enough time to really learn much about other attendees in the class I took, so you're probably going to be judging largely on appearances and short comments during the lecture. You might want to try to get there early, and maybe arrange to hang out and talk with some of them outside the class. Not sure how that would go over if you're wearing an Obama shirt, but give it a rip anyhow. All in the name of understanding, right?
