20. There is no fight. Automatic weapons have been controlled since 1934, and no new produced for
civilians since 1986, and the hughes amendment. Currently legal automatic weapons are rare, a finite supply, and command prices upwards of $10,000, they are REGISTERED to the owner, and the owner has submitted not to a NICS instant background check, but a FULL background check by the FBI, and the owner of the weapon is subject to periodic inspection by the BATFE to make sure the owner hasn't 'lost' it.

The reason you bring this up, is the FUD and misdirection from certain entities, that try to paint normal, civilian, semi-automatic weapons, as full-on military select fire weapons. They aren't, regardless of whether or not they look similar.
