The Metolius bill was completely different than this one, but these lands are very closely related and the jewel of Oregon. As far as I know all the conservation groups in Oregon are overjoyed with what has happened since Obama took office, so I am still curious what other information you have on this. We are still researching and wondering about what you have cited here as being an Amendment on a Civil War battlefield bill. Can't trust any of these weasels, but these two organizations I've linked should know already if they are up to no good and if not, I appreciate any assistance you can provide.
