Gov. Lingle (R-Plays A Moderate On TV) is always flapping her rather prominent gums about "innovation" and "green business". Well? Here we go! Since the substance is called HCR-188c, call it "Hawai'i Coolants and Refrigerants". I'm sure a couple of VP slots could be made available for his fine old friend and neighbor, and his sidekick...

Now let's see him get to work on creating a viable power grid!
