Right now they've pumped them up and are quietly withdrawing, knowing enough little fish have jumped in at the last minute to allow them to cash out with a tidy profit.
The little fish will be holding the bag, their investment mostly going to line the pockets of Golden Sacks and the other big players.
This is how they keep bleeding money off what's left of the middle class.
Skewed taxes have gone only so far. From now on, it'll be bubbles, growing ever smaller as we become poorer.
