Did the test run a couple of weeks ago and it turned out great.
Spinach and arugula salad with balsamic vinaigrette Turkey smoked with apple chips Bourbon gravy - (also making some vegan gravy for my family members which is half the table! Only the turkey and gravy has meat.) Cranberry orange relish (from Trader Joe's!) Haricot vert style green beans with carmelized shallots and candied walnuts Savory sourdough dressing Potato and celery root mash with roasted garlic Pumpkin pie (from Costco) Tomato soup bundt cake (vegan - this tastes like a spice cake but is made with condensed tomato soup!)
