I won't share the numbers because once again I am doing my best to stay within the "no medical advice" rule.
First results were terrifying. Bad, bad numbers.
I took my old "stress walk" I used to take in Santa Clara...two miles, nice neighborhood, very relaxing. Then I went to the second CVS. Numbers dropped by about 30 points.
Also had a good pro-active conversation with a friend about dealing with the current situation. So today I feel tired and exhausted but not "ramped up" like I did yesterday.
