Where is Brad Pitt's Oscar?

I know there are a lot of actors who are brilliant and who have never won an Oscar. But, come on - Brad Pitt? Every performance is awesome. He is not just another pretty face.

I know we are not the Academy here, but when is he going to get his due? Where is Brad Pitt's Oscar?
