Avocado
Salt
Lime Juice

mix and taste, mix and taste, mix until it tastes how you want. You really can't get it wrong if you like it; texture too. I like mine slightly chunky and use a fork to mix. My best friend likes his the consistency of runny pudding and uses the blender. The only thing is that it has zero shelf-life, like less than an hour so make it right as you intend to serve it.

That's the basic recipe.

From there you can add just about anything you want. I often add red onion, cilantro, cumin, coriander, and a very-small amount of smoked chipotle pepper and even less of a fresh-ground high-quality black pepper.
