If ever there were a person less suited to be a rescuer of cats, it's probably me. And I think our vet hates me because he was speaking in Swiss-German to my mother-in-law about possible procedures on LOM, and I just had to say: "Please speak to _me_ about Little Old Man. I will be the one paying the bill or burying Little Old Man, and probably both." :(

ETA: I'm ashamed for snarking at a very competent and fine doctor who has taken such good care for Ginger for 10 years.
