4. I would absolutely divorce my wife if she hated the Cowboys
She's required to despise them with the burning passion of a thousand white-hot suns - 'hate' is insufficient and a dealbreaker. (She also has to despise the Stars, but that's just a 500-suns-equivalent scorn requirement...)
