but I have natural H cups myself. No major back problems so far (I'm 33). That's probably because I work on keeping my posture decent, and I have a huge butt to serve as counter balance.

Ms. Hendricks is currently one of my heroines. In an interview, she said she starved herself early in her career. Then, she came to the conclusion that she was gambling her future health for a small chance at success. Hendricks stopped starving and started eating a well-balanced diet, resulting in the figure we see today. Turns out, that is just the kind of "period body" the producers of "Mad Men" were looking for, and she got the part.
