14. Did a bit more googling.
Three types of squirrels: Tree, ground and flying. Tree have bushy tails (probably works as a parachute) and they don't hibernate. Ground have bare tails and they do hibernate or at least go dormant. Flying explain themselves and being tree dwellers most likely don't. In urban and suburban areas tree squirrels are the norm.

So every one is right. Ta ta!
