Then use malwarebytes to clean it up, as somebody suggested upthread.

If the program won't allow it to run, change combofix.exe to combofix.com (if you don't know how to do this, or your computer is hiding extensions for known file types let me know).

Eset Nod32 is probably the best antivirus to use - at least in the last few years. It always stops those on my computer, where Norton and McAfee have failed. Kaspersky is another good one. The best free one is Avira (which is a lot better than most of the ones you have to pay for).
