As a former 15-year resident of Minneapolis, my suggestion is that you have to embrace the cold. Take up snowshoeing, ice fishing, cross-country skiing, or partners ice-dancing. Or you can head over to the ice bar at the Chambers Hotel and knock back a few perfectly chilled martinis.
