It happened a long time ago. I had a girlfriend who thought "Eraserhead" would be a good date movie. She was pretty keen on "Das Boot" too, in the original German. And sadly I understood German well enough then. Oh, and let us not forget "Betty Blue" or "Blue Velvet." And there was some "art" stuff too that still lives on in my nightmares commingled with dreadful past realities. You know, suicides and attempted suicides really suck. Nope, not in my bathtub, never again. I've touched cold flesh.

Most hideous movie ever? "The Big Chill" I vowed NEVER fucking no way in hell so help me God would I let anything like that ever be my life.

So I ran away screaming naked skin and hair on fire from the inferno I was building, took a deep, deep breath, put on some clean new pants, breathe, breathe, and then I met my wife. She likes silly romantic comedies and Star Trek. This makes me very happy.
