6. It's just shorthand for "Intellectually LAZY Conservatives"
Phone conversation with my sister, recently.

She: I LIKE Bush.

Me: What do you like about him?

She: Well I can't stand Kerry and I won't vote for him!

Me: What's wrong with Kerry?

She: Well, uh, I can't stand Teddy Kennedy!

Me: What does Teddy Kennedy have to do with you not liking Kerry?
Do you know that he is one of the hardest working Senators on the
Hill? AND, Orrin Hatch considers him a good friend?

She: No, but I like Bush.
