And up to the time I was in my mid-40s, I never saw any bad effects from it. Now, however, I gotta say it's probably helped break down the collagen in my skin.

Dr Oz is right: he says we need the sun for Vitamin D, but be sure to always use sunscreen on your face and the backs of your hands. A bit of exposure elsewhere won't hurt, unless you are very, very fair.

But I have yo-yo dieted in my life and ladies, that plays HELL with your face and body! Gaining and losing weight will mess you up! I've finally got it right, but my advice is don't do it!! As you get older, that extra fat will keep your face young.

Barbara Cartland said when a woman turns fifty, she has to make a choice between keeping her face or her figure. She chose her face. I chose my figure, but the gravity pulls it down every day. At 54, I won't complain, though because I feel so great physically. No Pharma for me!
