1. As I've gone through sciatic pain over the last year or so,
I've learned about some of the stretching exercises to do for the back muscles. Here's a good one of yoga stretches:

Also, cold helps take the pain away for a while, and heat helps the muscles stretch and relax. Take a hot bath with Epsom salts, just more than one bath. Take one every day until you start to notice relief :)

I hope you get to feeling better; it's a real "pain" to deal with :hug:
