19. Those are the dreams I have now.
When the death was more recent, it was always us acting in shock at the sight of a loved one.

Now, they're apart of the family like they left. And it isn't like we're stuck in the past, either. The dreams, from what I can tell, take place today.

I had one with my grandmother last night which made me think about those earlier dreams and why I posed this question.

In the dream, we were in my basement room (though that has changed, since I don't live there anymore), but I was my current age and I was with my cousin -- who was only like a few months old at the time of her death and is now 6). She was her real age in this dream and I remember talking to my grandma about how the Utah Jazz were getting ready to play in the NBA playoffs.

Wild, I know, but we were both big Jazz fans.
