That's why I'm always surprised when someone refers to an exchange they and I allegedly had earlier.

It's a message board. The degree to which people take it seriously - as in the calls now to the Mods to "shut this thread down because it's so mean to the people who have been suspended" - is really surprising. It's the protestors outside the courthouse, condemning the judge and jury for the trial, the verdict, the sentencing, and the reaction to all of it.

How easily some people embrace censorship.

Real life is easier and more fun, but, I must admit, my real life lacks the train wrecks I sometimes find here at DU, bless its pointed little head...................................
