60. Definitely a hermit:
being an only child (Dx'd Asperger's in my late 40s) I can never remember being anything else. Took some tests once that indicated I needed about 5-10% as much social interaction as "normals." That's about right. I can be social in small groups or with people who share interests (hi-fi nuts, DUers or other musicians) but beyond that, forget it. Large gatherings are very traumatic for me. I am more asocial than antisocial.

Extrovert friends who obsess on my "getting out and meeting people more" apparently cannot get it through their thick skulls that I am not unhappy in my current lifestyle no matter how many times I explain it to them.
