Thanks,Goddess, for remembering! Very nice cafeteria, with lovely 'waterfall' wall, near gift shop which is great for art 'souvenirs.'

Thats the East Wing of the National Gallery of Art, on Constitution Ave and the Mall, around 5th/6th Sts. Cafeteria is between east AND west wings!
