2. I once knew a woman who heard voices, and she said there were both good and bad voices.
She'd had some kind of therapy that trained her to ignore the voices, but she admitted still listening to the good ones. She said sometimes the voices even had conversations with each other, and she felt like she was eavesdropping. She attended a support group once a week to keep her "ignoring" skills honed.
