21. I traveled with a backpack and travelers's checks for years
in the eighties-- been to Mexico, Europe, Jamaica....all without a debit or credit card. So, yes, I do know how to do it.

Look. I know it's a pain in the ass-- but, there is a very good chance it was an honest mistake.
