26. LSU basketball is doing fairly well, for the moment...
I really like the new basketball coach- he's not letting the players' egos get out of hand.
But I've mostly stopped going to football games- the "donations" that you have to give the Tiger Athletic Foundation in order to buy tickets are just ridiculous. And it seemed that every year, the fan base was getting more and more obnoxious (and I'd venture to guess that 99% of them are not LSU students or alumni). The last time I went tailgating, we were surrounded by people who got absolutely trashed and then started picking fights. (one of them started stealing drinks out of our cooler, then got all aggressive when we suggested that he go back to his group) That stuff gets old quick.
