Little vignettes of embarrassing or exceptionally stupid things I've done or said. All I can think of to do about it is to feel the unpleasantness again and think, "I wish the person I offended could know how bad this is still making me feel years later. I wish I could apologize to them, and I'd like to think they'd forgive me."  |
