may or may not be just anxiety attack; but suspect its an allergic reaction....chest gets tight, heart racing, blood pressure skyrockets, and just from a couple of tokes of good stuff ( and only have a taste for the good stuff). Been like that for years; doesn't happen every time, but more often than not, and impossible to predict if and when , so I finally had to quit. On rare occasion in recent years I've given it a try and always happens again, maybe not first time, but 2nd or 3rd etc. Sucks, I miss it but guess my body is telling me, " you've done enough for one lifetime , no more...."
