Hell, he shouldn't get three years if he accidently shot someone ELSE in the leg.

I'm just not as devoted to prisons as the more punitive thinking members of DU. I'm always amazed at how many here can't wait to throw people in prison. Half the people in prison today should not be there, probably more.
