113. PA, actually, but that's not the point.
The point isn't whether or not better Italian food is available. The point is that people like the food they can get at Olive Garden. They may have eaten at better Italian places, and STILL like the food they get at Olive Garden. I've had some pretty expensive steaks at some pretty high-end restaurants, but it doesn't make me enjoy a steak at a chain like Chili's or Olive Garden any less.
