21. I'm not going to screw around with this one, Peg. It's not the same as ducking knee surgery;
the worst thing that happens when you do that is a sore knee (or maybe a blood clot - dammit, I can NOT stop myself from joking about this), but in this case I promise to follow those goddamn annoying "doctor's orders".

...And about the young women? How come when I was young and single, and had to have a medical procedure like an ultrasound, it was never administered by young, attractive women? Huh?

(Although there was the red-haired phlebotomist named Mary, who I went out with for a while in the early 1980s after meeting her on the other side of the needle at my doctor's office - she was a real peach, so she never minded me calling her "Mary the Vampire.")

I'm tired. Off to the rack with me. And thanks again.
