| 6. Was it advertised on the city's website, as part of a citywide celebration? |

I don't doubt that other groups can also hold memorial services in that park. The issue here is that the city is promoting this as part of the Lincoln Sesquicentennial. The Visitors Bureau lists it as part of the Lincoln Celebration. No other worship services (every church will be worshiping Sunday morning) are listed on the city website, yet only a few churches were invited to plan and participate in this service.
I think there's a vast difference. Hell, if one of the fundy churches had a shooting, I'd let 'em hold their memorial service in my living room if it eased the pain. But their service should NOT be treated as part of this celebration, should not be held in a public park, and should not be advertised with public funds, unless everyone was invited. They readily admit everyone was not.
