5. I would think it would be a disadvantage if anything
Younger = less experienced.

In most other sports people try and make themselves seem younger, not older.

Like that little league pitcher a while back who tried to pass himself off as a 13 year old. Coaches are always trying to find players that are older and have more experience not the other way around.
