12. A co-worker won her case and was awarded $55,000 when she claimed...
that the door she was exiting at a McDonald's restaurant malfunctioned and hit her in the calf of her leg. She claimed that it caused permanent damage to her calf and the nerves in her leg. She seemed to walk just fine, best I could tell. Go figure.
