Butt-freakiest crazy movie double features you've seen?

I am old enough to have gone to double features as a kid, and live in SF -- the home of the rep house, so over the years I have seen a wide variety of double features, but a few have stood out as 'What the fuck were they thinking?!?!' insane.

My favorite two are:

"Bonnie and Clyde" and the musical "Stop the World - I Want to Get Off" in 1966.

and

"Object of My Affection" and "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas".

What totally whacked doubles features have you seen at a movie theatre???
