it seems it is our lifestyle, lack of relaxation, and the wrong sorts of relaxation when we get it that kills Americans faster. The Japanese live longer but that's because a diet based in fish and rice can't kill you. Compare the Japanese to the Icelandic since they have very similar diets and you see that the Japanese are not doing so hot either. I've always wondered what the life-expectancy was for PT-employed educated vegan outdoors-type people. I figure they'd live nearly forever.

Work less, enjoy more, worry and stress less, don't sit on your ass in front of the computer or the TV all the time. It works wonders.
