I am so much better.

Here's the way mine goes. Fifteen minutes before my therapy, I am given a heat pack for my shoulder to loosen it up for stretching. Then my therapist gently stretches me for another 15 minutes. The third part is exercises in a variety of positions, then 15 minutes of a cold pack to reduce inflammation and soreness. I go twice a week.

I also do exercises at home each day.

I cannot tell you important the therapy is! It's a huge time suck when you are a busy working person, I realize. I am retired so I can devote lots of time to getting better. But it is VERY important to do the therapy and exercise!
