61. When you stop swimming is my guess!
When Jack LaLanne turned 90 a few years ago, the press all gathered around and asked him the cliche questions like how he stayed so healthy, et al. They also asked him if humans did only one exercise, what's the best one to stay fit?

He said, swimming, hands down! So you're not gonna feel "the nasty stuff" for awhile if you keep that up!

Me, I'm just neurotic about my health, so any sign that I might be deteriating is gonna freak me out. I don't care how long I live, I just wanna have all my faculties as long as possible.

So my advice to anyone who wants to stave off the aging demons is to find an exercise you love to do. For me, it's cycling and running and I'm convinced it's been my saving grace. My sister, who's a year older, doesn't take care of her health, she's diabetic and takes more prescription meds than our 84 year old father. Trust me, you thirtysomethings, you don't wanna end up like that!
