28. It was never so much the work I was doing as the crazy people who worked
at the places. It's a toss up..one boss used to steal the company blind, smacked me in the chest, slammed doors in my face, accused customers to their faces of stealing.

Another place, the boss/owner slammed a long butcher knife on a steel table and then shook it in another poor employee's face all the while tears were just dripping off her cheeks. I stood terrorized as it happened. His daughter worked with us and was just like him but in devious ways. She'd get pissed at someone and then make up stuff and tell her Dad and he'd go into a rage..thus the butcher knife situation. She was so bad that a long time friend of his told me that he'd actually considered shutting down that area of the store because everyone who ever worked with her quit within a short time. I don't know if he fired her or what..I just know she hasn't worked there since shortly after I left.

Another boss used to throw tools and metal objects, get in our faces and scream..not about us..could have been about his GF, his day, another employee etc. He'd also make fun of our physically challenged workers, would set their machines fast and tell us to watch them dance etc. Ya know what..I think that place wins hands down. He kept alcohol in the lunchroom fridge. When his GF threw him out he slept at the plant with a gun. He'd walk around with no shirt..he wasn't a slim man..more than 1/2 his butt crack would hang out. He'd come into our lunchroom and stand with this cheesey assed smile and make his pecks bounce. UGH.. :puke:
