My wife's 1996 Corolla was a pretty good little car that gave her few problems. But the 2004 model she replaced it with--and then stuck me with after she got a new car--has been grossly disappointing, and I won't be buying another Toyota to replace it.

The best car I've ever had still is my first, my 1994 Dodge Shadow. (okay, my second--I drove my sister's 1986 Escort for a few months before my dad got me the Shadow). Never gave me a single problem until after 100,000, and even after it hit that mark, gave me very few problems until it got totalled on the highway at 149,000.
