people think it's correct to say "you look well". If you tell someone they look well, it's basically telling them they don't look unwell. In other words, you've just told them they don't look sick.
"Good" is the proper grammar in that instance...

I've only heard "you look well" when someone has been sick, is sick or about to get sick. |
