As someone who is chronically depressed, I have been accused of "bringing people down" occasionally, and I have been told to "just cheer up" and/or "get over it" more often than I can count. :( Believe me, I fucking wish I COULD "just cheer up" or "get over it." And you're exactly right about the medication - it has certainly helped me have a higher quality of life, but it's no picnic getting used to the different dosages. I won't go into detail about the side effects I've suffered, but let's just say they are NOT pleasant, and every fall & winter I have to re-adjust to the increased dosage.

(I'm not trying to yell at anyone either - it's just that you said it so well, skygazer!) :hi: Peace to all.
