13. Cabinet shop run by two brothers
Brother1 was the actual owner. He was a total coke head and came in sniffing and rubbing his nose at the crack of noon. We had two phone lines coming into the shop. I was told to NEVER pick up line 1. Thats the one he gave to suppliers and customers. There were angry people on the other end of that line and it rand constantly.

Brother2 ran the shop, he was a total pot head. He would come in and immediately head for the bathroom to do bong hits on the bong that was "hidden" in the bathroom. Hidden behind the magazine rack filled with "High Times" magazines. After that we would lay out the days production goals.

Of course while brother2 was in the bathroom, me and the other cabinetmaker would go in the spray booth to take a couple of hits. A quick shot of the fan and no smell, not that it mattered.

We had clients lock us out of job sites and others try to take delivery of store fixtures before we discovered they had put stop payments on their checks. We did some work for a couple of govt clients that I know were getting kickbacks. It was the shadiest place I ever worked and I have no idea I how I got out of there with all my fingers still attached
