I've snooped around on google - conflicting info regarding incubation period

a couple articles say onset of parvo within 7-11 days of exposure, others say 3-15 days

the pup that was diagnosed with parvo had been in a home with older dog for a little over a week, was fine until a couple of days ago - it seems the minimum incubation of 3 or 7 days fits. the pup is in the 12-14 week old range. would parvo manifest sooner rather than later depending on the age of the pup?

four of the pups were adopted at the same time by different people, only the one I've mentioned has been diagnosed with parvo as far as I know. According to my contact at the rescue, none of her dogs/pups at the shelter are showing any signs of parvo.

I also read that large breed dogs are more susceptible to parvo, the pups from the litter which we are adopting are Great Pryenees/Collie mix.

the pups (including those recently adopted out) did have their first round of shots (including parvo) a week or so prior to adoption, the recuse contact says she is giving all the remaining pups their second round, and if it's going to be another two weeks before we can pick ours up - they will have their third set of shots by then
