43. DU POSTERS...have TURNED ME OFF AGAINST BEEF! I can't eat it unless
I'm desperate for some blood....and then...I know I'm going to get MAD COW!
Seriosly...I'm scared to death of eating beef with what I've read about it since I've been here. I limit it...but the CHICKEN is GETTIN BORING...no matter how many ways I can cook it...so once in awhile I seek out Whole Foods for source....but I don't trust them. Their meat is TOO RED in COLOR! You'd have to have been around like me to know that real good, tender beef isn't bright red and dripping with blood....ugh....
