16. Yes, that's the key
Moving from weekends to everyday, and then getting to the point where that bottle of wine hardly gives you a buzz anymore so you have to move to two, or maybe harder stuff instead. And then you're having to up that also. And then you begin to only feel 'like yourself' when you have that buzz going.

So short answer, you're not there but you've moving in the right direction.
